随着我国经济和科学技术水平的不断提高,建筑产业也蒸蒸日上,建筑水平有了很大的发展和改善。环顾国内的各大建筑市场我们可以发现,高层甚至超高层的建筑越来越多,人人都渴望有朝一日能够入住到高档的楼房内。但是从高层建筑自身施工特点来看,其楼层较高、要求技术高、工程量大等对于高层修建技术的发展无疑是一种新的挑战。高层供配电作为高层建筑的心脏,加强对高层建筑供配电系统的管理显得尤为重要,它要求施工人员和设计人员必须结合当地的供电系统和高层建筑的自身特点,因地制宜,构建安全的供配电系统。这篇文章将根据作者长期的工作经验和相关的期刊文献,从高层建筑对供配电房的要求出发,对我国目前的高层建筑供配电管理进行简要分析,并结合其中存在的问题提出切实可行的改进措施。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economy and science and technology, the construction industry is also booming. The level of construction has greatly improved and developed. Looking around the major construction markets in the country, we can find that more and more high-rise and even ultra-high-rise buildings are built, and everyone is eager to one day be able to stay in upscale buildings. However, from the perspective of the construction of high-rise buildings, the higher floors, the higher requirements of technology and the higher engineering quantities are undoubtedly a new challenge for the development of high-rise building technologies. As the heart of high-rise building, it is particularly important to strengthen the management of power supply and distribution system in high-rise buildings. It requires that constructors and designers must combine local power supply system and high-rise buildings with their own characteristics to construct a safe supply Distribution System. This article will be based on the author’s long-term work experience and relevant periodical literature, starting from the high-rise building for the power distribution room requirements, the current high-rise building for power distribution management in China a brief analysis, combined with the existing problems put forward Feasible improvements.
