针对煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,井下工作人员随时会遇险的情况,设计了一种基于STM32W108芯片和ADXL345加速度传感器的井下人员活动状态监测节点。该节点以32位的无线射频芯片STM32W108为控制核心,运用内部固化的WSN网络协议栈入无线网络,读取ADXL345三轴加速度,计算出垂直轴与垂直方向的夹角,并依据夹角值判断人员的状态,实现了对井下人员活动状态的实时监测,测试结果表明该节点具有准确的判断性且运行稳定。
In view of the poor working environment in coal mine and the downhole staff may be in danger at any time, a downhole manning activity monitoring node based on STM32W108 chip and ADXL345 accelerometer was designed. The node takes the 32-bit radio frequency chip STM32W108 as the control core and uses the internal solidified WSN network protocol stack into the wireless network to read the ADXL345 triaxial acceleration. The angle between the vertical axis and the vertical direction is calculated and judged according to the included angle value Personnel status, to achieve real-time monitoring of underground personnel activities, the test results show that the node has accurate judgments and stable operation.
