1.引言目前使用以物理的涂铺方法得到的玻璃薄层板其吸附剂容易剥落,保存不便。同时,纸层析中常用的下向法在使用玻板时就不适用,为了解决这些问题,作者等研究了比较简便,不需要特别复杂的装置,而用化学、物理化学方法处理铝箔表面以制备均匀的、即使弯曲也难以剥落的薄层的方法。两面同时形成薄层,使用过的薄层若用溶媒洗净可再次使用,也便于保存。对Stahl的标准颜料、10种药物进行分离、鉴别,取得了良好的结果。 2.材料和装置
