自1960年以来,国内外文献相继报导麻疹減毒活疫苗接种于易感儿,可使其血清抗体阳转率与预防效果达95%以上,且其临床反应较自然麻疹者显著减轻,但仍有80%左右的发热反应,其中一部分则为高热。采用減毒活疫苗合并胎盘球蛋白或丙种球蛋白的联合免疫方法,则可进一步降低疫苗接种的发热反应与发热率,这种联合免疫方法应用于患有脑炎后瘫痪症、营养不良症、先天性心脏病、结核病、支气管哮喘等体弱的麻疹易感儿,亦证明其安全有效。为了开展本地区麻疹疫苗预防注射的工作。我们在1962年12月曾应用我校传染病研究室(原微生物研究所)自制的麻疹減毒活疫苗加用胎盘球蛋白,对杭州市三个幼儿集体单位进行接种,并观察其效果。兹将结果报告于下。
