In 1992, there were 7 kinds of 519 kinds of low-fat and low-cholesterol foods in the United States which were put on the market with a growth rate of 39% over the previous year. Researchers predicted that by 2009, all kinds of retail food and food service industries will supply low-fat Low cholesterol foods. Last year, low-fat, low-bile alcohol week new food, with the largest dairy products, there are 172 species, that is about 1/3 of the new food for dairy products. Based on this growth rate, the annual growth rate of low-fat and low-cholesterol new dairy products is 15%. The output value in 1992 was 25.7 billion U.S. dollars and in 1996 it will be 39.3 billion U.S. dollars.
