目的　建立高效液相色谱法测定罗红霉素胶囊含量的方法。方法　采用ODS柱 (4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :0 . 0 5mol·L 1磷酸二氢钾溶液 甲醇 乙腈 (6 0∶30∶10 ) ;流量 0 . 8ml·min 1;测定波长 2 5 4nm。结果　进样量在 0. 2～ 4 . 0 μg时与峰面积呈良好的相关性 ,r=0 . 9993(n =5 )。结论　该法简便、准确、结果满意。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of roxithromycin capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods ODS column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 5 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution in methanol and acetonitrile (60:30:10), the flow rate was 0.8 ml · min 1, Determination of wavelength 254nm. Results The injection volume ranged from 0.2 to 4.0 μg with a good correlation with the peak area (r = 0.9993, n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and satisfactory.
