通过对高炉高精度顶压稳定性控制技术的研究和应用,可以提高高炉顶压的设定值,提高冶炼强度,降低焦比,基于以上研究开发了新一代的3H-TRT技术。对高炉炼铁采用3H-TRT新技术时鼓风机耗能、TRT回收功率、高炉利用系数、焦比等因素的变化进行系统分析,得出高炉综合经济效益的分析结果,为冶金企业节能环保和挖潜节约提供技术支持。
