于系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者,临床上未受累的皮肤基底膜带上,测定免疫球蛋白i(Ig)和补体成分,称为狼疮带试验(LBF)。作者选择27例经组织学证实的狼疮性肾炎患者,研究LBT的阳性率和鉴定LBT与狼疮性肾炎的组织学类型和血清补体水平的关系。全部患者均符合ARA诊断SLE的预试标准,女25例,男2例,年龄11—48岁。中国人21例,马来人5例和印度人1例。全部患者均有肾损害的实验室 In patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), clinically uninvolved skin basement membrane is taken and immunoglobulin i (Ig) and complement components are measured and called lupus band test (LBF).
