目的分析高脂血症患者的血脂和血流变检测指标的相关性。方法采集在本院门诊诊断为高脂血症的患者的血液样本100份,分别测定血脂指标和血流变指标,由专业技术人员在2 h内完成操作,并进行结果比较。结果高脂血症患者血脂指标与血流变指标存在相关性,呈正相关关系。结论对高脂血症患者同时进行血脂检测和血流变检测能够明显提高检测的准确度,为临床提供可靠的诊疗依据。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum lipids and blood rheology in hyperlipidemia patients. Methods A total of 100 blood samples were collected from patients diagnosed as hyperlipidemia in our hospital. Serum lipids and blood rheology indexes were determined. The technicians completed the operation within 2 hours and compared the results. Results There was a positive correlation between the serum lipids and hyperlipidemia in hyperlipidemia patients. Conclusions The simultaneous detection of blood lipids and blood rheology in patients with hyperlipidemia can significantly improve the accuracy of detection and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
