针对光波导电场传感器无源工作的特点,分析了电场传感器工作点对传感灵敏度、线性动态范围的影响。在系统噪声主要为热噪声时,器件工作点在π/2时,器件灵敏度最高;而系统噪声主要为量子噪声时,器件工作点由π/2靠近π一方时,可获得最高灵敏度。器件工作点在π/2时,线性动态范围最大。分析结果表明,为了获得最大的动态范围和最高的灵敏度,器件的工作点应该设置在略大于π/2的位置。
According to the characteristics of passive working of optical waveguide electric field sensor, the influence of working point of electric field sensor on sensing sensitivity and linear dynamic range is analyzed. When the system noise is mainly thermal noise, the device sensitivity is the highest when the operating point of the device is π / 2; while the system noise is mainly the quantum noise, the highest sensitivity can be obtained when the operating point of the device is close to π by π / 2. The device operating point at π / 2, the maximum linear dynamic range. The results show that the operating point of the device should be set slightly larger than π / 2 in order to obtain the maximum dynamic range and the highest sensitivity.
