凹凸棒石负载锰氧化物(MnO_x/PG)催化剂是一种新型高效的低温选择性催化还原(SCR)催化剂。锰氧化物负载量对催化剂的脱硝活性影响显著,针对不同质量分数锰氧化物负载量的催化剂的SCR反应行为进行了动力学研究。结果表明:增加锰的负载量不改变反应表观活化能,锰氧化物负载量的增加在考察范围内具有一致的组分形态和化学活性;反应活性中心的数量随负载量的增加而增长是催化剂活性增长的主要原因。结合前期NH_3-TPD研究,进一步明确氨主要在载体上吸附,锰的负载主要促进了吸附态氨的活化过程。
Attapulgite-supported manganese oxide (MnOx / PG) catalyst is a new and efficient catalyst for low temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR). Manganese oxide loading has a significant effect on the denitrification activity of the catalyst. Kinetic studies on the SCR reaction behavior of catalysts with different manganese oxide loadings were carried out. The results show that: increasing the loading of manganese does not change the apparent activation energy of the reaction, and the increase of the loading of manganese oxide has consistent component morphology and chemical activity within the investigated range; the number of reactive centers increases with the increase of loading amount The main reason for the increase of catalyst activity. Combined with the previous study of NH_3-TPD, it was further clarified that ammonia was mainly adsorbed on the support, and the loading of manganese mainly promoted the activation of the adsorbed ammonia.
