由北京市水利局、北京水利学会、 中国水利学会城市水利专业委员会联 合举办的2002年北京雨水与再生水利 用国际研讨会暨中德合作“北京城区 雨洪控制与利用”项目信启、通报会于9 月23～25日在裕龙大酒店举行。 参加研讨会的有来自美国、德国、 日本、以色列、中国台湾地区的专家学 者以及北京、河北、中科院、甘肃省 各省市专家和政府官员,清华大学、中 国农业大学、北京工业大学等高等院 校、北京的科研院所和《北京青年报》、 《北京日报》、《北京晨报》等十多家新 闻媒体单位,共180多人。 大会开幕式由北京水利学会常务 副理事长颜昌远主持。北京市水利局 局长焦志忠在开幕式上讲话,他强调,
