目的:观察防跌倒护理评估表在老年患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选择201 1年10月至2012年10月北京市延庆县医院收治的220例老年住院患者作为研究组,入院前应用防跌倒护理评估表评估跌倒风险,同时选取2010年9月至201 1年9月收治的未使用防跌倒护理评估表的122例患者作为对照组,观察风险评估情况,比较防跌倒护理评估表应用前后护理中跌倒事件的发生率.结果:研究组跌倒发生率为4.55％,明显低于对照组的15.57％ (P ＜0.05)；有跌倒史患者的风险评估累计得分和平均得分均低于无跌倒史患者得分(P＜0.05)；有1次跌倒史患者风险评估累计得分和平均得分均低于有2次以上跌倒史患者的得分(P＜0.05).结论:老年护理中应用防跌倒护理评估表来评价患者的跌倒风险和原因,同时加以有效的防范措施,能减少患者跌倒事件和不必要的并发症的发生率,提高疗效和预后.
