恶性肿瘤患者输注血小板临床效果分析

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者输注血小板的疗效及影响因素。方法:收集505例恶性肿瘤患者939例次血小板输注前后,外周血小板计数,出血改善情况;输血次数;疾病类型及治疗方式。结果:单纯血小板降低者输注血小板后能提高外周血小板数,改善出血,有效率达84%,随输注次数增加有效率降低为79%,但脾大、感染、发热、凝血功能障碍等因素影响输注效果(P<0.01)。疾病类型及治疗方式等也影响血小板输注效果,血小板减少病例中因化疗药物导致血小板减少占86%,血液病占13%,放疗导致血小板减少只占0.005%。结论:输注血小板能有效地治疗恶性肿瘤患者因疾病或化疗、放疗导致的血小板减少症,很多因素影响血小板输注。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and influencing factors of transfusion of platelets in patients with malignant tumors. Methods: Peripheral blood platelet count and hemorrhage were collected before and after transfusion of platelet in 939 cases of 505 malignant tumors. The number of blood transfusion, the type of disease and the treatment mode were collected. Results: Platelet transfusion with thrombocytopenia increased the number of peripheral platelets and improved hemorrhage. The effective rate was 84%, and the effective rate was reduced to 79% with the number of transfusions. However, factors such as splenomegaly, infection, fever and coagulation dysfunction Affect the infusion effect (P <0.01). Type of disease and treatment also affect platelet transfusion, thrombocytopenia in patients with chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia accounted for 86%, hematological diseases accounted for 13%, radiation-induced thrombocytopenia only 0.005%. Conclusion: Platelet transfusion can effectively treat patients with malignant tumors due to disease or chemotherapy, radiotherapy induced thrombocytopenia, many factors affect platelet transfusion.
