不同条件下用0.15mm的筛缝对回收复印纸和压敏黏合剂进行中试筛选试验,使纸浆中的大胶黏物能在脱墨生产线的一级缝筛中有效去除。研究了浆浓、转子速率、筛缝浆流速率和筛板断面高度对胶黏物去除率的影响。试验中只发现了少量的胶黏物碎片;当浆浓提高到3.7%时,筛选效率保持不变,但筛选能力达到极限;转子速率对筛选效率的影响较小,只对高浆浓下的筛选能力(最大筛缝浆流速率)有影响;在低浆浓条件下的研究结果可知,提高筛缝浆流速率(从1m/s提高到2m/s)能降低净化效率;与高断面筛(断面高度1.2mm)相比,低断面筛(断面高度0.6mm)能达到最佳净化效果。
Under different conditions with 0.15mm screen seam on the recovery of copy paper and pressure-sensitive adhesives pilot screening test, so that the large pulp in the pulp deinking production line can be effectively removed in a seam screen. The effects of slurry concentration, rotor velocity, sliver flow rate and cross-section height on the removal rate of stickies were studied.
