This article reports 50 cases of essential hypertension and 23 cases of normal control leukocyte K, Na, Ca determination results and captopril, nifedipine, double-plug antihypertensive treatment of leukocytes K, Na, Ca content and peripheral The impact of resistance. The levels of Na and Ca in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (p <0.005 and p <0.02). The levels of Na in leukocytes decreased significantly (p <0.05 or p <0.01). Only nifedipine and double-plug treatment of leukocyte Ca content and peripheral resistance decreased significantly. However, there was no linear correlation between the decrease of leucocyte Na and Ca levels and the drop of blood pressure and peripheral resistance.
