目的探讨健康和骨质疏松的绝经后妇女全血细胞产生某些细胞因子水平的不同,以及其与腰椎骨密度BMD的相关性。方法73例白人绝经后妇女,分为骨质疏松组n=26和对照组n=47。取全血,一半不作处理,作为对照组,一半加入多克隆的刺激剂,作为刺激组,培养4h或72h后,使用ELISA法测定细胞因子IL-1βIL-6和TNF-α,IFN-γ,GM-CSF和LIF。结果骨质疏松妇女IL-1βIL-6和TNF-α升高P<0.05而IFN-γ,GM-CSF和LIF无显著性差异。另外,绝经后妇女腰BMD与IL-1βIL-6和TNF-α呈负相关P<0.05。结论细胞因子在绝经后骨质疏松的发病中有着重要价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the differences in the levels of certain cytokines produced by whole blood cells in healthy and osteoporotic women and their correlations with BMD of lumbar spine. Methods 73 cases of white postmenopausal women, divided into osteoporosis group n = 26 and control group n = 47. Take whole blood, half untreated, as a control group, half added polyclonal stimulants, as a stimulus group, cultured 4h or 72h, the determination of cytokines IL-1βIL-6 and TNF-α, IFN- GM-CSF and LIF. Results The levels of IL-1βIL-6 and TNF-α in osteoporotic women were significantly increased (P <0.05), but there were no significant differences in IFN-γ, GM-CSF and LIF. In addition, postmenopausal women with lumbar BMD and IL-1βIL-6 and TNF-α was negatively correlated P <0.05. Conclusion Cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
