通过腐蚀模拟试验,研究了不同H_2S-CO_2分压下温度、压力、Cl-含量等主要腐蚀影响因素对X52管线钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在低分压下,腐蚀产物为CaCO_3,且随温度和压力的升高,X52管线钢的腐蚀速率先增大后减小,随Cl-含量的增加,腐蚀速率先减小后增大;在高分压下,腐蚀产物主要为硫化铁FexSy和FeCO_3混合物,且随温度的升高X52腐蚀速率减小。
Through the corrosion simulation test, the influence of the main corrosion factors such as temperature, pressure and Cl-content under different H 2 S-CO 2 partial pressures on the corrosion behavior of X52 pipeline steel was studied. The results show that under low partial pressure, the corrosion product is CaCO_3. With the increase of temperature and pressure, the corrosion rate of X52 pipeline steel first increases and then decreases. With the increase of Cl- content, the corrosion rate decreases first and then increases At high partial pressure, the corrosion products are mainly ferrous sulfide FexSy and FeCO 3 mixture, and the corrosion rate decreases with increasing temperature.
