我省实施高中新课程已有一个年头,2006年9月下旬,盐城市教育科学研究院组织了全市高中分学科的新课程教学研讨会,与会对象包括全市各四星级高中的学科备课组长、各县(区)教育局高中学科教研员、盐城市教育科学研究院高中学科教研员等.现将数学学科的教学研讨会内容整理如下(为了便于陈述,这里打乱了与会代表的发言),以飨读者.1 关于新课程的学习与研究机制盐城中学:我校为每一位数学教师配齐了高中数学的全部必修与选修教材,使得大家对新教材内容的布局与编写意图做到心中有数;学校对2005年实验新课程的高一年级配备了最强的师资队伍;学校所有的正副校长都调配到相关教研组,正常参与学科研讨活动;青蓝结对,促使青年教师尽快成长,师傅的每一节课徒弟都要学,师傅每周至少要听徒弟两节课,徒
