铸铁和碳钢这类异种材料间的焊接,一般说来是比较困难的。生产中我们对氧炔焰气焊和电弧焊进行了对比,其中以电弧焊较好。我们进行了电弧冷焊、电弧热焊、预热电弧焊三种工艺试验。就工艺优缺点全面比较来说,电弧冷焊比其他两种有较大的优越性。特别是大型、复杂的工作要实行预热焊和热焊是困难的。电弧冷焊铸铁件与碳钢件接头的焊接材料可选择如下几种:
The welding of dissimilar materials such as cast iron and carbon steel is generally more difficult.
