坚硬顶板在煤层开采后形成大面积悬顶,通常会给采场乃至矿井造成严重的破坏。运用理论计算,数值模拟方法分析研究不同坚硬岩层距煤层距条件及不同支架阻力作用下,采场上覆岩层的运动规律。结果表明,当煤层上覆直接为坚硬岩层时(坚硬岩层距煤层0 m),支承压力集中系数及系统释放的能量最大,坚硬岩层的破断会对工作面的安全生产构成很大威胁,易造成压架事故或冲击矿压等。采用强制放顶处理此类顶板在现场取得了较好的应用效果。
Hard roof in the coal seam after the formation of large-scale roof, usually to the stope and even mine caused serious damage. Using theoretical calculation and numerical simulation methods, the law of movement of overlying strata in stope is analyzed and studied under the condition of different distance from coal seam and drag of different supports. The results show that when the coal seam is directly overburdened with hard rock (hard rock is 0 m away from the coal seam), the support pressure concentration coefficient and the energy released by the system are the largest. The breakage of hard rock formations poses a great threat to the safety of working face and can easily cause Pressure rack accident or rock burst and so on. The use of forced roof treatment of such roof has achieved good results in the field.
