建立了某实际工程L形带裙房高层建筑三维分析模型,采用分层地基模型模拟地基土,引入缝连接单元,对不设缝带裙房高层建筑进行了上部结构-桩筏基础-地基共同作用分析,主要讨论地基刚度的变化对上部结构和桩筏基础的影响,研究表明:竖向荷载作用下,当地基刚度增大时,上部结构中心区和翼缘区的边柱和角柱轴力减小,而中柱的轴力增大,趋向于非共同作用;主楼与裙房基础的平均沉降随着地基刚度的增加而减小,但当地基刚度增大到一定情况时影响减弱;主楼与裙房各自的沉降差也随地基刚度的增加而减小,减小幅度趋于平缓;随着地基刚度的增加,其桩顶反力曲线趋缓,也即桩顶反力逐渐变得均匀.
A three-dimensional analysis model of L-shaped podium high-rise building was established. The layered soil model was used to simulate the foundation soil and the joint unit was introduced. The average settlement of the main building and the podium foundation decreases with the increase of the foundation stiffness, but the influence decreases when the stiffness of the foundation increases to a certain extent. And the difference between the subsidence of the podium and the podium decreases with the increase of the foundation stiffness, and the decreasing amplitude tends to be gentle. As the stiffness of the foundation increases, the curve of the reaction force of the pile top slows down, that is, the reaction force of the pile top gradually becomes uniform .
