1病例报告患者女,38岁,因鼻塞、流血涕伴左侧眼球疼痛、眼球轻度外突、头痛到我院就诊,无视力下降。CT扫描示:左侧筛窦见软组织密度影,左侧上颌窦亦见软组织密度影,向上突入眼眶,窦壁骨质结构未见异常。CT诊断:左侧上颌窦、筛窦炎。治疗1个月后,症状未见减轻,行上颌窦穿刺活检,
A case report Female patient, 38 years old, due to nasal obstruction, bleed tears with left eye pain, mild eyeball protrusion, headache to our hospital, no loss of vision.
