文章通过对2003-2012年上海市中等职业学校毕业生就业人数、就业率总体分布、各专业大类的毕业生比重、按专业之产业分布情况、毕业生就业去向等进行系统回顾与整理,总结近十年上海市中等职业学校毕业生就业过程中所存在的问题,并分析其原因,最后提出几点相应的对策与建议,希冀对促进中等职业学校学生就业、加快上海市职业教育改革和发展发挥积极的推动作用。
This article systematically reviews and sorts out the employment of graduates of secondary vocational schools in Shanghai from 2003 to 2012, the overall employment distribution, the proportion of graduates of various major categories, the distribution of industries according to their profession, the employment destination of graduates, and so on. Shanghai secondary vocational school graduates nearly ten years of employment problems in the process and analysis of the reasons, and finally put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to promote employment of secondary vocational school students and speed up the reform and development of vocational education in Shanghai Play an active role in promoting.
