目的在玻碳电极表面形成DNA-聚烷基紫精复合膜,研究该膜的电化学特性及Co(bpy)3+3在该膜上的电化学响应。方法聚阳离子与聚阴离子通过静电引力形成复合物。结果在复合膜电极上的Co(bpy)3+3的响应电流比它在光的玻碳电极上高。但还原峰向正向移动,氧化峰向负向移动。结论复合膜中的DNA保持它在溶液中的性质,探寻了一种研究DNA特性的新方法。
Objective To form DNA-polyalkyl viologen composite membrane on the surface of glassy carbon electrode and study the electrochemical characteristics of the membrane and the electrochemical response of Co (bpy) 3 + 3 on the membrane. Method Polycation and polyanion form a complex by electrostatic attraction. As a result, the response current of Co (bpy) 3 + 3 at the composite membrane electrode was higher than that at the glassy carbon electrode of light. However, the reduction peak moves in the positive direction and the oxidation peak moves in the negative direction. Conclusion The DNA in the composite membrane maintains its properties in solution and explores a new method to study the properties of DNA.
