彭水水利枢纽是乌江干流一座大型水利水电工程,水库正常蓄水位293m,调节库容为4.69亿m3,具有一定的调节能力。装机容量1400MW,电站建成后主供四川、重庆直辖市,是重庆市最大的调峰、调频骨干电站,需承担系统调峰进行日调节,由此产生的非恒定流对航运有一定影响。在研究电站调峰对下游航运影响的专题中,拟定了电站运行方式的原则,研究了电站日调节运行方式方法和步骤,经多方案比较分析,所推荐的方案能够较好地协调发电与航运的矛盾。
Pengshui Water Control Project is a large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project in the main stream of Wujiang River. The reservoir has a normal water storage level of 293m and a regulated storage capacity of 469 million m3 with a certain capacity of regulation. Installed capacity of 1400MW, the main station after the completion of the power plant in Sichuan, Chongqing Municipality, is the largest in Chongqing peak, FM backbone power station, the system needs to assume the peak regulation for daily regulation, the resulting unsteady flow of shipping to a certain extent. In the study of the influence of peak regulation of hydropower station on the downstream shipping, the principle of power station operation mode was formulated and the methods and steps of daily operation mode of power station were studied. According to the comparison and analysis of multiple schemes, the proposed scheme can better coordinate the power generation and shipping Contradictions.
