目的 :探讨 CD15、CD44 v6、nm 2 3H1的 m RNA表达与大肠癌临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法 :应用原位杂交技术检测 90例大肠癌标本中 CD15、CD44 v6和 nm 2 3H1的 m RNA表达 ,并结合 5 3例 5年以上随访资料进行分析。结果 :90例大肠癌中 CD15、CD44 v6和 nm2 3H 1的 m RNA阳性表达率分别为 84.4%、6 8.9%和 6 6 .7%。 CD15和 CD44 v6的 m RNA高表达及 nm 2 3H1m RNA低表达与大肠癌 Dukes分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移、肝脏转移均呈正相关。大肠癌中 CD15 m RNA表达与CD44 v6 m RNA表达呈正相关 ,与 nm 2 3H1m RNA表达呈负相关。 结论 :在大肠癌的侵袭转移中 ,CD15、CD44 v6和 nm2 3H1的 m RNA表达可能具有正、负调节的协同作用。 CD15 m RNA可作为预测大肠癌侵袭转移潜能、并客观评估患者预后的生物学指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between m RNA expression of CD15, CD44 v6, nm 2 3H1 and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods: The m RNA expression of CD15, CD44 v6 and nm 2 3H1 in 90 cases of colorectal carcinomas was detected by in situ hybridization. The data of 53 cases with more than 5 years follow-up were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of m RNA in CD15, CD44 v6 and nm2 3H 1 in 90 cases of colorectal cancer were 84.4%, 69.9% and 66.7%, respectively. The overexpression of m RNA and the low expression of nm 2 3H 1m RNA in CD15 and CD44 v6 were positively correlated with Dukes stage, serosal invasion, lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis in colorectal cancer. The expression of CD15mRNA in colorectal carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of CD44v6mRNA, and negatively correlated with the expression of nm 2 3HlmRNA. Conclusion: In the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer, the m RNA expression of CD15, CD44 v6 and nm2 3H1 may have positive and negative synergistic effects. CD15 m RNA can be used as a biological indicator to predict the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer and objectively evaluate the prognosis of patients
