山东省莱芜钢铁厂是个连续亏损13年的老亏损户,累计亏损额达两亿多元。1983年,全厂职工精神振奋,决心改变落后面貌。他们提出了“全厂齐动员,奋战八三年,甩掉亏损帽,开创新局面”的口号,经过努力,终于发生了可喜的变化。7月份甩掉戴了13年的亏损帽子,10月份累计盈利101.66万元。他们的主要经验是:一、转变指导思想。该厂领导通过总结三中全会以来的经验,认识到要完成扭亏大目标,提高经济效益,首先要端正指导思想,彻底清除过去那种只抓生产,不顾效益的做法。
Shandong Laiwu Iron and Steel Plant is a loss-making household with a continuous loss of 13 years. The cumulative loss amounted to more than 200 million yuan. In 1983, the entire factory employees were excited and determined to change their appearance.
