目的了解四川省道孚县餐饮业卫生状况。方法于2007年按照随机抽样检测方法,抽取93家餐饮业,按照《食品卫生量化分级管理》进行调查。结果加工场所卫生状况、生产经营过程、原材料采购存放情况不容乐观。结论道孚县餐饮业存在卫生安全隐患,有关部门需进一步加大执法力度,完善措施,避免发生相关事件。
Objective To understand the health status of food and beverage industry in Daofu County, Sichuan Province. Methods According to the random sampling method, 93 food and beverage industries were sampled in 2007 and investigated according to the “Quantitative and Hierarchical Management of Food Hygiene”. Results of the processing site health conditions, production and management processes, procurement of raw materials storage situation is not optimistic. Conclusion There is a health and safety hazard in the catering industry in Daofu County. Relevant departments need to further increase law enforcement efforts and improve measures to prevent the occurrence of related incidents.
