阐述了一种三维空间力传感器的设计.这种三维空间力传感器由德国HBM公司的普通力传感器构建而成.利用线性内插方法,可以通过一个校准特性场来获得所要测量的力,而这个校准特性场则是采用线性回归方法计算出来的.有限元法仿真的结果、三维激光斑纹测量结果以及经过优化的应变片测量结果表明,所构建的传感器能够有效地测量三维空间力.此外,仿真结果还表明,该三维空间力传感器可以采用现成的元器件来实现,而对这些元器件只需进行少量的改动;并且,新构建的三维力传感器的特性仍然是线性的.
This paper describes the design of a three-dimensional force sensor, which is constructed by the common force sensor of HBM in Germany.Using linear interpolation method, the force to be measured can be obtained by a calibration characteristic field, and this The calibrated characteristic field is calculated by the linear regression method.The results of finite element simulation, three-dimensional laser markings and the optimized strain gage measurement results show that the sensor can effectively measure the three-dimensional force.In addition, the simulation The results also show that the three-dimensional force sensor can be used off-the-shelf components to achieve, but for these components with only minor changes; and, newly constructed three-dimensional force sensor characteristics are still linear.
