本实验观察了12名男青年在海拔3800m高原进行体力活动时心率(HR)与氧耗量(O_2)和氧脉搏(O_2/HR)之间的关系,以及不问水平HR的恢复情况与劳累感的发生率,以探讨人体在该海拔高度上体力活动时的适宜心率。结果表明,HR为110~130beats/min时,O_2/HR随HR增加而增加,HR为140beats/min时,O_2/HR接近HR为130beats/min时的水平;HR为150~160beats/min时,VO_2/HR则呈现减少,并且HR恢复较慢,很累感发生率高达85%。综上结果,我们初步提出,人体在海拔3800m高原进行体力活动时的适宜HR为130~140beats/min,可作为劳动卫生限度的参考值。
The present study observed the relationship between heart rate (HR) and oxygen consumption (O 2) and oxygen pulse (O 2 / HR) in 12 young men at 3800 m above sea level, as well as the recovery and fatigue A sense of the incidence to explore the human body at the altitude of the physical activity of the appropriate heart rate.
