In our hospital from 1984 to June, application of vitamin K_1 intramuscular injection treatment of 100 cases of children with pertussis, get good curative effect, the report is as follows. 100 cases of clinical data observation group, 57 males and 43 females. Age <1 year old 23 cases, 1 ~ 5 years 51 cases,> 5 true ~ 13 years old 26 cases. The average course of 14.5 ± 7.2 days, 21 cases of catarrhal, spasmodic cough in 63 cases, recovery of 16 cases.
