朱志方教授,1961年出生,湖北省仙桃市人,1981年毕业于武汉水利电力学院,获学士学位,1981年考入武汉大学哲学系,获哲学硕士学位,1984年继续在武汉大学哲学系深造,并于1988年获得哲学博士学位;1993年评聘为副教授,1997年评聘为教授,现任武汉大学哲学学院院长、博士生导师;兼任武汉大学皮尔士研究中心主任、武汉大学重点人文社会科学重点研究基地“中西比较哲学研究中心”副主任、亚洲学术协会“东亚符号学会”副会长等;1994年应邀到日本横浜国立大学做访问研究,并做了题为“哲学与中国知识分子”的学术演讲;1998-1999学年应邀在哈佛大学做访问学者,2003年应邀赴美国密歇根州立Wayne大学讲学,并做了“囚徒二难对策的道德意义”和“中国哲学前景”的学术演讲。
Professor Zhu Zhifang, born in 1961, is a native of Xiantao, Hubei Province. He graduated from Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree. In 1981, he was admitted to the Philosophy Department of Wuhan University and received a master’s degree in philosophy.
