传动箱虚拟样机模型包括箱体和齿轮传动系2部分。分析传动箱模态参数,应包含齿轮系与箱体之间约束的影响。在虚拟环境下测量了传动箱的模态参数,对比了包含齿轮系和不包含齿轮系2种情况,验证了该箱体的设计使传动箱整体避开了与车辆的共振频率。同时说明了虚拟样机试验方法在箱体类零部件模态测试中的应用与技术可行性。为在设计阶段优化箱体结构提供指导。
Gearbox The virtual prototype model consists of two parts: the case and gear train. Analysis of gearbox modal parameters should include the effects of restraint between the gear train and the tank. In the virtual environment, the modal parameters of the gearbox were measured. The gearbox system and the gearbox system were compared. The design of the box proved that the gearbox avoided the resonance frequency with the vehicle.
