对400例妇女首次进行子宫下截横切口剖腹产胎盘娩出后立即随机放置Fix-Cu220C-M与ΔTCu220C各200例,进行前瞻性临床比较性研究。结果显示Fix-Cu220C-M的妊娠率低0.5％,脱落率2.2％较ΔTCu220C的10.5％显著低(P<0.01)。与IUD有关的继续存放净累积率Fix-IUD为94.8％,较Delta-IUD的86.4％显著高(P<0.01)。剖宫产后立即放置Cu220C-M是一种安全、高效、可接受的避孕措施。
400 cases of women first cut under the uterine cross-sectional cesarean section immediately after delivery of the placenta Fix-Cu220C-M and ΔTCu220C 200 cases were randomized prospective clinical comparative study. The results showed that the pregnancy rate of Fix-Cu220C-M was 0.5% lower and the rate of 2.2% loss was significantly lower than 10.5% of ΔTCu220C (P <0.01). The IUD-related net cumulative rate of fixation-Fix was 94.8%, significantly higher than 86.4% for Delta-IUD (P <0.01). Cu220C-M placed immediately after cesarean delivery is a safe, effective and acceptable method of contraception.
