1.引言在轮圆周的磨耗随运行里程数的增长而增加。车轮的轮缘磨耗不认取决于运行的公里数,而且直接与运行线路有关。轮缘过份磨耗或切向磨耗将影响运行的安全并导致出轨。因而,需要在比车辆检修周期更短的周期内很好地检测车轮的圆周。这样,在某个时期,为了进行检测,必须集中劳动力。为了提高检测效率,发明了一种自动检测系统。
1. Introduction The wear on the circumference of the wheel increases with the number of operating miles. The rim wear of the wheel does not recognize the number of kilometers that depends on the operation and is directly related to the operating line. Overspeed flange wear or tangential wear will affect the safety of operation and lead to derailment. Therefore, the circumference of the wheel needs to be well detected within a shorter period than the vehicle overhaul period. In this way, in a period of time, the labor force must be collected for testing. In order to improve the detection efficiency, invented an automatic detection system.
