氧化苏木精分光光度法测定铜合金中的锡,显色时间较长(室温约需80分钟),最高可测定1.5%。本方法试验了季胺盐类表面活性剂(溴化十六烷基三甲基铵简称CTAB)在酸度为pn0.9~1.2时与氧化苏木精-锡(Ⅳ)生成的绿蓝色络合物的显色反应,发现其最大吸收比氧化苏木精-锡(Ⅳ)二元络合物的最大吸收红移了68毫微米,克分子吸光系数也由ε_(538)=4.5×10~4提高至ε_(605)=6.0×10~4.应用于测定铜合金中锡时无需分离,操作比较简便,显色时间也明显加快.
Oxidation of hematoxylin spectrophotometry for the determination of tin in copper alloys results in longer color development (about 80 minutes at room temperature) and up to 1.5%. The method tests the quaternary ammonium salt surfactant (cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide abbreviated CTAB) with the acidity of pn0.9 ~ 1.2 with the oxidation of hematoxylin - tin (IV) generated green-blue network The maximal absorption of the complex was found to be 68 nm in maximum absorption redox shift than that of the oxidized hematoxylin-tin (II) complex, and the molecular absorption coefficient was also determined by ε 538 = 4.5 × 10 ~ 4 increased to ε 605 (605) = 6.0 × 10 ~ 4. Used in the determination of tin in the copper alloy without separation, the operation is relatively simple, significantly faster color development.
