通过研究推土机FOPS&ROPS的结构特点,分析了其在推土机翻车事故中的变形过程,并基于ABAQUS对三维模型进行结构受力分析,通过有限元计算,为推土机FOPS&ROPS的开发设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the structural characteristics of bulldozer FOPS & ROPS, the deformation process of bulldozer overturning was analyzed. Based on ABAQUS, the structural stress analysis of three-dimensional model was carried out. The finite element method was used to provide theoretical basis for the design and development of bulldozer FOPS & ROPS.
