针对奥氏体不锈钢接管管嘴焊缝内表面超声检验,研制出一种凸弧面型双晶纵波斜探头(TRL)。分析了凸弧面界面对探头焦距及折射角的影响规律,阐述了凸弧面型双晶纵波斜探头的设计研制要点,通过声场仿真和参考试块验证了探头设计方法的可行性并在实际检验中得到应用。
Aiming at the ultrasonic inspection of the inner surface of austenitic stainless steel nozzle, a convex arc double crystal longitudinal wave oblique probe (TRL) was developed. The influence of the convex arc interface on the focal length and the refraction angle of the probe is analyzed. The key points of designing and designing the convex arc double-crystal longitudinal wave oblique probe are expounded. The feasibility of the probe design method is verified by the sound field simulation and the reference test block. The test has been applied.
