2005年6月,上海市浦东新区社会发展局与成功教育管理咨询中心签署了委托管理东沟中学的协议,拉开了浦东新区教育领域尝试建立委托管理机制、转变政府职能的改革序幕。托管团队整体进驻东沟中学后,对学校管理、课堂教学、师资建设、学生发展等全面实施托管,促进了东沟中学的内涵发展。
In June 2005, the Pudong New Area Social Development Bureau and the Successful Education Management Consulting Center signed an agreement to entrust the management of Donggou High School, opening the prelude to the reform in the field of education in Pudong New Area attempting to establish a commissioned management mechanism and transform government functions. After hosting the entire team in Donggou Middle School, the hosting team fully implemented custody of school management, classroom teaching, faculty construction and student development so as to promote the connotation development of Donggou High School.
