南浦村位于山西省灵石县静升镇东南部山区,全村有264户,937口人,461个劳力,1600亩耕地。境内沟壑纵横、土地瘠薄,但煤炭资源丰富,可采储量为400万吨左右。80年代以来,南浦村认真贯彻执行党的富民政策,充分发挥资源优势,以办集体煤矿为突破口,依靠自身积累,滚动发展村办企业,不断优化资源配置,变单一输煤为生产销售冶金焦、炭黑,集体经济实力不断壮大。产业结构在调整中优化,煤炭工业产值在全村总产值的比重由10年前的80％下降到目前的10％左右,1994年全村农村经济总收入达1509.9万
