以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、1,6-己二胺为起始原料,合成了一种新型二胺N,N’-二(6-氨基正己基)对苯二甲酰胺(BAHTPA),进而以该二胺与马来酸酐为原料,合成了一种新型内扩链型双马来酰亚胺(BAHTPA BMI)。对BAHTPA和BAHTPA BMI的合成工艺进行了探索。通过红外光谱、GB/T 6743—2008、熔点测定等方法表征了产物的结构。通过TGA研究了产物的热性能。结果表明:通过工艺优化合成了目标产物,BAHTPA BMI的热分解温度为420℃,保持了较好的热稳定性。
A novel diamine N, N’-bis (6-amino-n-hexyl) terephthalamide (BAHTPA) was synthesized by using dimethyl terephthalate and 1,6-hexanediamine as starting materials. Further, a new type of chain extension bismaleimide (BAHTPA BMI) was synthesized from the diamine and maleic anhydride. The synthesis of BAHTPA and BAHTPA BMI has been explored. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, GB / T 6743-2008, melting point determination and other methods. The thermal properties of the product were investigated by TGA. The results showed that the target product was synthesized through the process optimization. The thermal decomposition temperature of BAHTPA BMI was 420 ℃, which maintained good thermal stability.
