在机关工作中,思想政治工作能够有效突出党的政治优势,并且机关思想政治工作涉及到多种功能和规律性特点.新时期机关在开展思想政治工作的过程中,应该将制度化和机制常态化的作风建设作为主题思想,对干部实施积极的思想政治指导,使机关干部能够形成良好的工作作风,为机关各项工作的全面优化开展奠定坚实的基础.
