潜水电泵的关键部分是潜水电机,而细长转子铸铝是比较困难的。这里介绍一种由山西省机械研究所和解州潜水电泵厂研制成功的,用于制造潜水电机细长转子的简易低压铸铝设备。使用该设备制造细长转子,质量较好,成品率可达95%以上,从而降低了制造成本。这台设备主要由铝液保温炉、坩锅、升液管、起合模机构、控制系统和转子预热炉等部分组成。其主机结构见图1。 Submersible pump is a key part of the submersible motor, and slender rotor cast aluminum is more difficult. Here is a brief by the Shanxi Institute of Machinery and Solutions state submersible pump plant developed for the manufacture of submersible motor slender simple low-pressure aluminum casting equipment. The use of the device manufacturing slender rotor, better quality, yield of more than 95%, thus reducing manufacturing costs. This equipment is mainly composed of aluminum liquid holding furnace, crucible, liquid pipe, mold clamping mechanism, control system and rotor preheating furnace. The host structure shown in Figure 1.
