我们牡丹江市结核医院已于去年9月份提前完成了原定年底完成的晋升省级标准的工作任务。晋升后医院档案管理如何更好地继续开展下去,已成为我院的一个重要课题。为此,我院采取了新的举措,即针对差距和不足,加大工作力度,进一步提高工作水平。升级后我们集中一段时间,找工作中还存在着的空白点和薄弱环节,明确今后医院档案管理的重点。具体表现在:档案意识仍然薄弱,部分科室及个人对档案工作的认识还不足,认为档案管理工作与已无关,是档案室的事,致使档案管理的支撑力不足。档案管理制度及档案人员岗位责任制存在部分科室执行落实不到位现象,致使有的科室档案管理不善,影响档案管理整体水平的提高。档案人员的文化素质、专业素质还不高,不适应工作的需要,致使档案的质量、开发利用、管理水平等各项业务指标较难达到。档案的开发、利用及深加工还不够,有待进一步加强。

The cultural quality of archivists, professional quality is not high, does not meet the needs of the work, resulting in the archives of quality, development and utilization, management and other indicators of business more difficult to achieve. The development, utilization and further processing of the files are not enough and need to be further strengthened.
