本文研究了不同温度下磷化氢熏蒸处理对西花蓟马的毒力作用。结果表明:在西花蓟马各虫态中,3 d卵对磷化氢熏蒸耐受性最强;磷化氢熏蒸会影响西花蓟马的生长发育;在15、25℃下,随着熏蒸温度的提高,以相同浓度处理达到相同死亡率水平所需的时间明显缩短,熏蒸时间为影响磷化氢毒力作用的关键因素。磷化氢是一种潜在的可以用于西花蓟马检疫处理的熏蒸剂。
In this paper, the toxicity of phosphine fumigation to western flower thrips was studied at different temperatures. The results showed that 3 d eggs had the strongest tolerant to phosphine fumigation in each stage of western flower thrips, while the phosphine fumigation would affect the growth and development of western flower thrips. At 15 and 25 ℃, Fumigation temperature increase, the same concentration of treatment to achieve the same mortality rate significantly shorter time required, fumigation time is the key factor that affects the toxicity of phosphine. Phosphine is a potential fumigant that can be used for the quarantine treatment of western flower thrips.
