目的:研究酸枣仁总黄酮在大鼠尿液和粪便中的代谢与排泄。方法:将SD大鼠灌胃酸枣仁总黄酮提取物后,于不同时间收集尿液和粪便。经大孔吸附树脂处理尿液和粪便,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和高效液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MSn)法检测尿液和粪便中的原型药和代谢产物。结果:在尿液和粪便中均检测到总黄酮中的主要化合物酸枣仁黄酮碳苷和6″′-阿魏酰酸枣仁黄酮碳苷,并发现一个主要代谢产物酸枣仁黄酮次级碳苷(M1)。结论:酸枣仁总黄酮在大鼠尿液和粪便中主要以原型药酸枣仁黄酮碳苷和6″′-阿魏酰酸枣仁黄酮碳苷的形式排出,少量以代谢产物的形式如酸枣仁黄酮次级碳苷排泄。
Objective: To study the metabolism and excretion of total flavones of Spinach Radish in rat urine and feces. Methods: After SD rats were orally administered with total flavonoids of Semen jujuba, urine and feces were collected at different times. Urine and feces were treated with macroporous adsorption resin, and the prototype drugs and metabolites in urine and feces were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MSn). Results: Both the main compounds in the total flavonoids were detected in the urine and feces, the glycosides of Semen Ziziphi spinosum and the flavone of 6 ’’ - ferulic acid Semen. A major metabolite was found, M1) .Conclusion: The total flavones of wild jujube kernels are mainly excreted in the form of protocatechuicoside and 6 "-ferulosapentaenone flavonoid glycosides in urine and feces of rats. A small amount of the metabolites in the form of metabolites such as Suanzae Flavone secondary carbon glycoside excretion.
