该文探讨了天然橡胶硫化胶热老化后对导热率的影响。不论炭黑含量多少,都可以用热氧老化过程中的激光闪光法测量2 mm厚天然橡胶板的导热率。因此,测量导热率的方法可以作为一种新的热氧老化的评估方法。另外,用温度波热分析法可以测定从天然橡胶板中裁取200μm厚度薄片的热扩散率。在热氧老化条件下,纯天然橡胶板发生了软化,而配合了炭黑的胶板则在其表面发生了硬化,内部则发生了软化。通过对天然橡胶板导热率和天然橡胶薄片热扩散率的测定,阐明了天然橡胶硫化胶中炭黑影响热氧老化的机理,尤其是配合了炭黑的2 mm厚的胶板在热氧老化后,其表面和内部的变化过程是不同的。
This article explores the effect of thermal aging of natural rubber vulcanizates on thermal conductivity. Irrespective of the amount of carbon black, the thermal conductivity of a 2 mm thick natural rubber sheet can be measured by the laser flash method in the thermal oxygen aging process. Therefore, the method of measuring thermal conductivity can be used as a new method for the evaluation of thermal oxygen aging. In addition, the thermal diffusivity of a sheet having a thickness of 200 μm cut from a natural rubber sheet can be measured by the temperature-wave thermal analysis method. Under the conditions of hot oxygen aging, the natural rubber sheet softened, while the rubber sheet compounded with carbon black hardened on its surface and softened inside. Through the determination of the thermal conductivity of natural rubber sheets and the thermal diffusivity of natural rubber sheets, the mechanism that carbon black affects the thermal oxygen aging of natural rubber vulcanizates is clarified. In particular, After its surface and internal changes in the process is different.
