目的探讨BCA225在乳腺癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织、非乳腺癌组织的BCA225表达。结果①BCA225在乳腺癌组织表达的敏感度为82.5%,特异度为84%;②BCA225在乳腺癌组织和非乳腺癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论BCA225是乳腺癌敏感、乳腺器官特异的标志物之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of BCA225 in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of BCA225 in breast cancer tissues and non-breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results ① The sensitivity of BCA225 expression in breast cancer was 82.5% and the specificity was 84%. ② The difference of BCA225 expression between breast cancer tissues and non-breast cancer tissues was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion BCA225 is one of breast cancer-specific and organ-specific markers.
