国内文献对鼻腔及鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤的报道不多,原发于筛窦的黑色素瘤未见过报导。我曾遇到一例,简报如下:患者李××,女,75岁,农妇,山西文水县人。1985年8月10日入院。主诉鼻涕带血,右眼球突出一年。患者病初发现鼻涕中带血,继之觉右眼球发胀,随后右侧鼻根与内眦之间隆起。并在当地医院行手术切除。 There are few domestic reports of malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus, and melanoma originating in the ethmoid sinus has not been reported.
